A small fix to correct the T-Balancer flowmeter reading.

Added support for sensor parameters. Use the context-menu of each sensor to configure parameters if available. Fixed the Core and Thread count detection for Intel Core i7 CPUs with disabled HyperThreading. A few minor GUI improvements.

Fixed support for more than one Nvidia GPU on x64 systems.

Improved Fintek super I/O chip detection. Fixed a problem with enumerating more than one Nvidia GPU.

Improved Winbond temperature reading. Added implementation for T-Balancer Sensorhub and miniNG. Nvidia GPUs are now displayed even if they do not have any sensors.
