Release Version 0.7.1 Beta

Why does the picture show CPU temperatures but once installed shows only the temperature of my hard drive?
What CPU do you use?
Most CPU nowadays has built-in temperature sensor.
So I guess that your mother board sensor has some problem or it was disabled.
Plz recheck your BIOS setting
Thanks so much for this.
My Asus Z97-A uses the Nuvoton NCT6791D and it’s so awesome to be able to control the fans directly from within Windows.
Thanks, I’ve been worried about the cold temperatures affecting my laptop. Your application makes me feel better.
Great 😀
The project still alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Open hardware monitor is a very nice software.
I think so 😀
I think the Vcore detected data of the open hardware monitor has some problem.
My i5 4440 always show “Vcore=0.864V” (that is impossible).
Bur CPUz shows the correct Vcore.
If this problem can be solved, that would be better :).
sorry for wrong spelling, “bur” -> “but”
Very comprehensive information but a couple of requests.
Using a Kingston SV300 SSD, there is no temperature data but the disc definitely is capable of reporting this value. Is this a general SSD issue with OHM or specific to Kingston. Can it be fixed?
Any chance of e-mail notification when limits exceded?
It would be nice if you implemented basic S.M.A.R.T. functionality so OHM could replace such software as CrystalDiskInfo. Any chance of that happening soon? Thanks.
hi, why malwarebytes found three trojans in this exe?
Make sure you have downloaded the file from http://openhardwaremonitor.org
The source code for the Open Hardware Monitor does not contain any trojan, I’m sure about that. I’m also quite sure that during compilation no trojan was added. If you have doubts about that you could build it locally on your machine from the source code.
The scan with virus total
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/55eb3733f183e304446a13f5eca8dc1f75c0e240ccef6b26f96fd5f9a7563e41/analysis/1420972732/
shows only a detection from Malwarebytes. I would assume it is a false positive from Malwarebytes.
Showing up as Trojan.MSIL in Malwarebytes as seen http://a.pomf.se/rnfosm.PNG
disregard this, I just read the above reply.
If someone can report this issue in the forum of Malwarebytes
https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/forum/42-file-detections/
than we might get an answer from them. I didn’t succeed to register in their forum as I always get a “Service Unavailable. The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later” when trying to register.
Same problem with malwarebytes => Trojan.MSIL detected.
And can’t register on the forum
